Hunter Creative is operated by DJAM Lab LLC. This notice describes information collected through thehuntercreative.com and the ways you can contact us about it.

When you contact us

If you request a call or email us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, business name, website, inquiry type, and description of what you need. We use it to respond, arrange a conversation, and discuss or provide our services. A call request does not subscribe you to our newsletter.

When you request a resource

If you choose to subscribe for a free resource, your email and subscription preferences are handled through Beehiiv for the Hunter Creative publication. You may be asked to confirm your email. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter. Unsubscribing does not prevent you from contacting us about a project.

Service providers

We use Render to host this website, Supabase to process and store inquiries, Resend to deliver inquiry notifications, Google Workspace for correspondence, and Beehiiv to manage newsletter subscriptions. They process information as needed to provide those services. Links to social platforms and other websites have their own privacy practices.

Form security

When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile loads when you interact with a form and checks browser and network signals to help prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare receives technical information needed for this check. The security token is verified before a submission is accepted; we do not store it with your inquiry or include your form contents in the verification request. This necessary security check does not enable optional analytics.

Website activity

Our hosting service may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. Inquiry forms can include the page and a broad campaign source, such as email or a referral, to help us understand where inquiries come from.

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) and PostHog measure page views and a small set of actions, such as opening a form or successfully requesting a resource. We send defined page paths and categories, not names, email addresses, form contents, or URL query strings. Optional analytics stays off until you choose “Allow analytics.” We do not use advertising pixels or session replay, and we do not sell personal information.

Errors and voluntary feedback

We use Sentry for limited operational error reporting, separately from optional analytics. Reports contain a generic error category, software version, environment, and relevant application code locations. We exclude form contents, user profiles, cookies, request headers, and URL query strings. We do not record browsing sessions.

When available, the “Give feedback” form sends only the experience and topic you select to PostHog after you explicitly agree to that submission. It does not enable browsing analytics. It has no free-text or contact fields; email us if you would like a reply. Providers may receive technical connection information, including your IP address, when your browser connects to their services. We disable PostHog location enrichment.

Cookies and browser storage

We store your analytics choice in your browser for up to 180 days. You can change it at any time using “Privacy settings” in the footer. If you withdraw consent, we stop optional analytics and remove its browser identifiers. Your choice does not subscribe you to anything. See our cookie disclosure for details and browser controls.

Retention and your choices

We delete website inquiry records from our intake database after one year. Email correspondence and records needed for an ongoing business relationship or legal obligations may be kept longer. Temporary abuse prevention records are deleted after two days. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of the information you have provided. We may need to retain some records for those obligations.
